Advisory Senior

Description & Requirement

Responsibilities:

Participate in engagements related to finance, tax, accounting, and internal control advisory services (including M&A jobs);
Participate in consulting services for business support (incorporation, dissolution, restructuring, etc.);
Plan advisory engagements in accordance with the scope and clients’ requirements;
Assign appropriate team members and guide them in performing assigned tasks;
Lead and coordinate professional work in compliance with the agreed scope and planned processes;
Prepare advisory reports in accordance with the engagement requirements;
Provide consultation on financial, tax, accounting, and auditing matters for clients.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, auditing, or finance;
Candidates with CPA and/or ACCA are preferred;
At least 3 years of working experience in accounting, auditing, finance, and tax (audit or tax consulting experience is preferred);
At least 1 year of working experience in a similar position;
Good communication, negotiation, and leadership skills;
Strong analytical and synthesis skills;
Good command of foreign languages (English and/or Chinese) is preferred;
Proficiency in using AI tools is preferred.

Salary range: 15,000,000 VND – 30,000,000 VND and performance bonus (revenues-share);
Additional salary per contract performance;
13th month bonus and holidays allowances;
