Company Overview:
As an Audit Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for planning and reviewing the audit activities. You will analyze risks and develop measures to reduce them, while ensuring the timely completion of audits
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing and overseeing audit activities, ensuring compliance with professional standards and regulations;
- Conduct risk assessments and develop audit plans for assigned projects;
- Perform detailed testing and analysis of financial statements, internal controls, and operational processes;
- Identify areas of improvement and provide recommendations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness;
- Supervise and mentor audit staff, providing guidance and support throughout the audit process;
- Prepare audit reports with findings, conclusions, and recommendations;
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to address audit inquiries and provide timely responses;
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in auditing.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA or CIA is preferred.
- Proven experience in audit procedures, preferably in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of auditing standards, principles, and techniques.
- Proficiency in using audit software and tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
